Information about enrolment in Italian Universities for EU citizens and citizens treated as such:
Citizens treated as EU citizens means citizens of the Republic of San Marino, citizens of EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland), non-EU citizens in possession of a legal residence permit, political refugees, members of diplomatic and consular Representations accredited with the Italian State or the Holy See and members of International Organisations based in Italy.
